Brides and Maids is a family run business in grimsby, who have been established for over 14 years.

We offer a very friendly, down to earth service in a relaxing environment. Our new exceptionally large spacious showroom means we can display our dresses and accessories to their full potential and our aim is to make all our brides and bridesmaids feel comfortable when choosing their special gown.

We have a comprehensive range of bridal wear, including many different styles, ranging from £175 to £1100. We have possibly one of the largest selections of bridesmaid dresses in our area ranging from £109 to £180.

The majority our bridesmaid dresses are available in over 55 colours and have an approximate delivery time of 12-16 weeks, we recomend that you allow yourself 6 months for comfort. We don't charge for fittings, pressing your dress or supplying you with a dress bag and our alteration costs are very minimal.  

We also stock prom dresses, of which we have always guaranteed no duplicates on dresses from the same school. 

Mens wear and Tuxedos are another of our specialities, of which we have a large groundfloor space for. We can also help colour co-ordinate everyone for the perfect wedding party.

A large selection of tiaras, veils and jewellery are also available to try on.

We offer a unique range of quality hand made swarovski crystal tiaras and jewellery, exclusive to Brides & Maids. Each design can be made to suit your requirements and colour scheme, design suggestions are also welcome if you have your own ideas on a tiara or piece of jewellery.

New to Brides and Maids, Handmade Swarovski crystal bouquets, made with hundreds of swarovski crystals, and many other beads to add colour and variation. This bouquet has individual weaved flowers and leaves made from swarovski crystals and silver lined beads to form the shape of the bouquet.  Matching tiaras and fascinators can also be made.

Dressmaking and design is another speciality here at Brides & Maids. We offer a service unique in grimsby for flower girl dresses. We can colour co ordinate your flower girls dresses with your adult bridesmaids dresses if you buy them from either Alfred Angelo or Raylia Designs. A typical example would be to have the bodice of the flower girl dress in the same colour as the adult, or you could go as simple as just a sash in the matching colour. The service is unique because not only are you getting matching dresses, but youre guarenteed a perfect fit with a minimal order time. We dont start to make the dresses or even measure the girls until at least 6 weeks before the wedding, because of growth. This will guarentee the perfect fit and fairytale dresses for your big day. To see our collection and gather design ideas just come along and talk to Sylvia and Christina, no appointment neccessary. 

We own a large range of mens formal wear to hire or buy. We can coordinate your colour scheme in with the suits as we make all our own cravattes and ruches, we also make all our own waistcoats. There is a large selection of designs to choose from at very resonable prices. New modern, lightweight grey suits and lightweight black tailcoats coming in for 2010 exclusive to Brides and Maids.
